However, to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, Kozmetika offers a limited return policy for situations involving damaged, missing, or incorrect orders. This policy applies only for orders received within 14 business days from the delivery date.
Eligibility for Return/Refund
A return request is only eligible if the product(s) are damaged, missing, or incorrect at the time of delivery. Requests based on reasons other than these will not be honored.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your email address, order number, and clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged, missing, or incorrect item(s).
- Collection Arrangement: Upon review of your request, Kozmetika will arrange for a courier to collect the returned item(s) within 2-7 business days.
- Inspection and Resolution: Kozmetika will thoroughly inspect the returned product(s). If the item(s) are deemed to meet our quality standards for return, a full refund or replacement (subject to stock availability) will be processed according to your preference.
Important Considerations
- This policy does not cover returns for reasons beyond product defects (damage, missing items, or errors in order).
- Kozmetika reserves the right to refuse a return request that does not meet the criteria outlined above.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed as quickly as possible but not exceeding 14 business days from the date Kozmetika receives the returned product(s).
